You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent through the program unless you opt in again.
Opting out of texts does not cancel appointments, contracts, or services. Contact our office to make those changes.

Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
