What’s your availability?
Our availability can fluctuate depending on the time of year and size of your desired project. While smaller projects may be scheduled within a few weeks, some larger projects may require more extensive planning.
What if I need to contact you during my project?
You can call or text us anytime between 7 am and 7 pm. On weekends, please send us a text or email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Someone is always available in case of emergency.
Do you start multiple projects at the same time?
With a team of 15+ seasoned professionals, your project is completed smoothly and promptly. Our team handles 2-4 jobs at any given time, but we ensure that no project is neglected as a result.
Do you offer any warranties or guarantees for your work?
Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty for all work done. If you encounter any issues regarding the quality or materials used, please contact us, and we will assess the situation and address any issues accordingly.
Do you have a crew, or do you use subcontractors?
While we strive to complete as much of your project as possible ourselves, some projects may require a subcontractor. Case Construction has a well-rounded group of trusted contacts we work with should the need arise.
