By opting in to receive text messages from Case Construction, you agree to the following terms. Please be advised, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
Text Messaging Program
Case Construction uses text messaging to communicate with customers about inquiries, estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling, project updates, billing notifications, and customer support.
Messages will relate to the purposes described when you opted in. Promotional or marketing messages require a separate opt-in.
Your Consent
By selecting an optional text messaging consent checkbox or completing another clearly disclosed opt-in process, you authorize Case Construction to send text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology.
Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any products or services.
You confirm that you own the mobile number provided or are authorized to consent to messages at that number. Please notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.

How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message from Case Construction. You may also contact us at 315-664-4646 or office@caseconstruction.net to withdraw your consent.
After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. No further messages will be sent through the program unless you opt in again.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel appointments, contracts, or services. Please contact our office to make those changes.
